Dispatch

  1. We will endeavour to dispatch all wholesale orders that are placed before 3pm and all orders that are placed before 4pm on the same day, Monday to Friday.
  2. Orders that are placed on a Friday after these cut-off times will be shipped on the following Monday.
  3. Saturday delivery is possible; please contact the sales team to enquire about this option.

 

Delivery

There are three options for UK delivery:

  1. £2.95 for Royal Mail 48 Tracked Delivery usually taking 2-5 working days
  2. £4.95 for Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery, delivered next working day*
  3. £5.95 for Interlink Next Day Tracked Delivery, delivered the next working day*
  4. European orders are delivered for £10 by Royal Mail within 3-10 working days
  5. Delivery to the Rest of the World costs £19.95 and usually takes between 7-10 working days

 

All delivery prices are exclusive of VAT. Please note that items delivered outside the UK carry a weight limit (2kg for Europe, 1.5kg for outside Europe), items over these limits may incur extra delivery charges and customs fees. Please contact our sales team for more information.

* 2 working days for certain AB, DD, FK, TD, PH postcodes, Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, and the Isles of Scilly.
